Return Policy

We want returns to be straightforward. Contact us first for a return authorization number so we can process your return quickly.

How do I start a return?: Contact us at sales@canfieldjoseph.com to receive a return authorization number. Include that number with your return shipment.
What items are eligible?: Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Damaged item returns are handled separately as noted below.
Are there fees or shipping costs?: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at Canfield & Joseph, Inc.'s discretion. Return shipping charges are your responsibility, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
How are refunds issued?: Refunds are issued for the returned item only and are applied to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
