- Yes. Logged-in users can view order history and shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided by carriers and may be delayed or incomplete.
- What about shipping and delivery?
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery unless otherwise required by law. Incorrect shipping addresses may result in delays or additional fees.
- Do you allow returns or refunds?
- Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.
- What behavior is not allowed?
- You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or inventory systems, submit fraudulent orders, abuse returns, or use bots or scrapers.
